At Regenera Skincare, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Because our products are classified as personal care and cosmetic items, **we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed**.

#### **1\. All Sales Are Final**

- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

- Please review product information carefully before purchasing.

#### **2\. Damaged or Defective Products**

- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at hello@regeneraskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

- We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

#### **3\. Shipping Errors**

- If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within **7 days of delivery** and we will send the correct item promptly.

- Orders are processed within **2–3 business days** of purchase.

- Standard shipping times vary by destination (average: **3–7 business days within the U.S.**; **7–21 business days for international orders**).

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
