At Regenera Skincare, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Because our products are classified as personal care and cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
Please review product information carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@regeneraskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

3. Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item promptly.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Standard shipping times vary by destination (average: 3–7 business days within the U.S.; 7–21 business days for international orders).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, Regenera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.

5. Non-Returnable Items
